Insurance Mediclaim:
- Insured patients are requested to browse through the following information to make the admission and billing process as simple as possible.
Please bring along with the following :
- Copy of the last 3 years of insurance policy
- Copy of last year’s receipt of insurance policy
- Copy of Bank Statement showing the last year’s receipt
- Photo ID proof of the patient (Passport/ PAN Card/ Voter’s Card/ Driving License/Aadhaar Card)
- Intimation to the respective company/TPA will be done by our mediclaim personnel if cashless facility is availed.
- If the patient wants to avail reimbursement facility, he is responsible to inform the agent of the insurance company/TPA.
In case of emergency admission:
- A refundable deposit will be taken till the cashless intimation is approved by the respective TPA
Corporate Mediclaim :
Patients with corporate mediclaim are requested to read the following instructions
- Proof of Employment
- Copy of referral note of the medical officer of the respective company.
